Video tutorial for Edraw Network Diagram 6.3
|
Review
This is official description
Network diagram is a schematic depicting the nodes and connections amongst nodes in a computer network or, more generally, any telecommunications network. Network diagrams are often drawn using software-based drawing software. The follow network diagrams was included in our network diagram software.
The following review written by one of the Software Informer contributors applies to version 4.7
Like EDraw Max, this program allows users to create diagrams, but it is targeted specifically at Networks. It was designed for engineers to make detailed network documentation - from basic diagrams to CISCO networking topology, and even physical diagrams.
The user interface is friendly, really easy to use: you just drag and drop the symbols onto the page. Edraw Network contains templates and examples making it even easier for those not familiar with the symbols. The symbols are fully detailed and include switches, hubs, printers, servers, mainframes, routers, etc. Drawings can be exported to PDF, and HTML with hyperlinks.
Since CISCO icons are recognized and accepted as standard in network topologies, pre-made network topology icons have been updated in this version with exactly the same as required by CISCO's standards, including new wireless technologies. Also, exporting-related bugs have been fixed and more text, color and effects have been added. All in all, it is a great network-drawing program which cost less than MS Visio; with detailed and standard 2D symbols and lots of pre-made templates. It is compatible with Windows Vista and has lifetime free upgrades upon purchase. |
- Items stay connected even when moved.
- Unlimited shape connection points.
- Easy to learn.
- Pre-made samples included.
